Returns and Exchanges for Online Purchases
From start to finish Two Guys Discount Appliance Inc. wants to make it great experience for you and your family. Your purchase is backed with a 20 day return policy. See return policy for details. Everything we sell comes fully covered with a manufactures warranty. Additional warranties are available at time of purchase. If any questions or problems arise at time of delivery, please call us while the delivery team is still there and everything will be taken care of.
Return Policy
Items that are unopened still in original box and have all packing, upc codes, manuals, remotes, and accessories may be exchanged or returned within 20 days of original ship date. A minimum of 25% restocking fee will be accessed to each product and you the customer are responsible for delivery charges and the cost of return shipping. Opened, uncrated items, special orders, display models, air conditioners, barbeques, bedding or furniture are not returnable. Items that have been installed or attempted to be installed are not returnable. Any item that is approved for return must be returned in the same condition it was received. All appliances and TV's can only be returned if the manufacture approves it and issues a return authorization number. These items are not sold on a trial basis.
Damages
All items being delivered must be inspected and approved by you the customer. Please look over the item inside and out. If you choose to leave your item in the box you assume full responsibility for any damages. If anything is damaged, refuse it. Note the damage on your invoice, the delivery invoice and/or bill of lading and call the store while the delivery team is still there. We will ship another item out the next delivery day.
Cancelling an Order
If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you will receive a full refund or apply the monies to another item. If your order is shipped then you will be charged a 25% restocking fee as well as all shipping costs. Special ordered merchandise cannot be cancelled and deposits are not refundable.
Installation
There is no installation of any products unless made part of this contract.
Warranties
All products come with a manufactures warranty. Check owner's manual for terms and condition.
Errors
Two Guys Appliance reserves the right to correct all errors such as addition, subtraction, wrong model numbers or omissions. Two Guys Appliance reserves the right to cancel any order at any time.
PRICE GURAANTEE
Two Guys Appliance guarantees that if you find the same merchandise model number for model number advertised for less at a local authorized approved retailer we will refund the difference. This does not apply to clearance, one of a kind, discontinued merchandise, limited quantity special order, installation, delivery, extended warranties financing promotions, free give away, going out of business, and internet companies out of New York.

All items purchased from Two Guys Discount Appliances are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Cardholder Agreement
When you make purchases from Two Guys Discount Appliances using your major credit card, you agree to honor the terms and conditions of your cardholder agreement. Two Guys Discount Appliance Inc. is not responsible for items lost in shipping (see "Risk of Loss")
